Team Pat The Roc is a premier AAU basketball program dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the court. Founded on the principles of hard work, discipline, and skill mastery, our program provides boys and girls in 2nd-8th grade with elite training, competitive team play, and life lessons that extend far beyond basketball.
With a focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and leadership, we prepare our players for success at the next level—whether it’s middle school, high school, or beyond. Our experienced coaches and trainers are committed to fostering confidence, resilience, and a winning mindset in every athlete.

In their very first season playing together, the Team Pat The Roc 7th/8th grade girls team delivered a truly unforgettable performance—going undefeated and capturing the championship title. From the opening tip-off to the final buzzer of the season, this group of talented young athletes played with heart, hustle, and unity beyond their years.

President Of Basketball Operations
Eddie Jordan
Legendary NBA Coach
Eddie Jordan serves as the President of Basketball Operations for Team Pat The Roc, helping shape the program’s elite skill development curriculum behind the scenes. A respected basketball mind, he was a member of the original Showtime Lakers alongside Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. His NBA coaching career includes head coaching roles with the Washington Wizards and Philadelphia 76ers. Jordan has coached some of the game’s biggest stars, including Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, and Gilbert Arenas. His leadership brings a wealth of experience and championship-level insight to our program.
